Quick Answers

Common Questions

No clicking around — here's what most Beaverton homeowners ask.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every estimate is free and done on site, so we can measure your run, check setbacks, and give you an accurate written scope with no obligation.
Are you available outside normal business hours?
We answer the phone 24/7. That matters most for storm-damage and emergency fence repair, but it also means you can reach a real person to schedule whenever it works for you.
Do you stand behind your work?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and every installation is backed by a workmanship warranty. If something we built is not right, we come back and fix it.
Do you serve commercial properties too?
We do. Most of our work is residential, but we also handle perimeter and security fencing for small commercial properties across Beaverton. See commercial & security fencing.
Do I need a permit for my new fence?
It depends on height. Beaverton generally allows up to 6 feet in side and rear yards and about 3.5 feet street-facing without a permit, but the permit threshold kicks in above 7 feet under Beaverton Code Chapter 8.02. We check the requirement for your property during the free estimate.
Should I choose wood, vinyl, or chain-link?
Wood (typically cedar) gives a classic, private look and holds up well in the Pacific Northwest when installed with rot-resistant material and proper footings. Vinyl needs less maintenance over time. Chain-link is the most economical option for open-visibility boundaries and larger runs. We'll walk you through the tradeoffs during the estimate.
What areas do you serve?
We serve every Beaverton neighborhood across ZIPs 97003, 97005, 97006, 97007, and 97008, including Central Beaverton, Cedar Hills, South Beaverton, Murray Hill, and Cooper Mountain. See our full service area list.
Do you handle HOA-governed neighborhoods?
Yes. We are familiar with the CC&Rs and architectural-review rules common in newer Beaverton subdivisions, and we design and build to clear both city code and HOA requirements the first time.
